I thought these shoes were cute but very missized
I wear a 7W
which was too small I exchanged them for a 8W which were too big I tried to exchange them again for a 75 but Zappo's despite upgrading me to a so-called "VIP" customer refused Their legendary customer service which I had always been very impressed with let me down this time They were rude to me over the phone implying that they were doing me a favor and that I was capricious even though THEIR shoe was missized I really wanted to buy these shoes but Zappo's didn't seem to want to make the sale It's too bad because not only did they lose this sale but they most likely lost me as a devoted customer as well

Bought these after seeing some very good reviews on the internet I love the look and feel of these sandals I think these are the best sandals I have ever owned Feel very athletic There is nothing to negative except that sometimes if I sweat a lot my feet have a burning sensation Don't know about everyone else; maybe its something that depends on the person
