These guys were phenomenal
I ordered shoes and took off to DC for a week a day before my shoes arrived (I was hoping to receive them before I left) After three failed attempts the carrier sent them back Although it was my fault the shoes were sent back
ThumbTrade express shipped my shoes without charging me extra I got them the next day! Then on top of that I received a hand written letter the next day from the customer service rep who helped me apologizing for the inconvenience and hoping that I had a great time in DC I caused the inconvenience and was expecting to have to pay for shipping againnot receive them express for free and a thank you To say the least I was impressed

Bought these as my wedding shoes they are gorgeous! They size the same as most shoes as I am a 85 most of the time and a 85 in these as well Of course the return process of the size 8 and 9 I also ordered was easy as always and made the whole process so easy and stress-free I was having a really hard time finding fashionable white wedding shoes at the malls etc that were halfway affordable and these were just perfect Fairly comfortable too considering the heel height

I absolutely love these shoes! Between the black patent and the design of the shoe they are a very nice good looking casual shoe and they go with everything! I like the look of it because it is not a "clunky" look like a Birkenstock can sometimes be The fit is true to size; the arch support is excellent I forget that I am wearing them They feel like butter to your feet I wear them daily with everything - gym shorts walking shorts khakis even a few casual dresses They were shipped in 24 hours (actually I think less than 24 hours!)
