This Top-Sider shoe is a popular style & color & has been difficult for me to find in the local stores
Ordering on-line was the only way to go after always settling for a style
color or size that I really did not want I got exactly what I wanted in a few short days without burning up a tank of gas & navigating through the local Mall! These shoes are excellent because they can be dress casual for work or just knock around shoes at home Those with foot odor problems will also appreciate the fact that you don't have to wear socks with these! These guys were phenomenal I ordered shoes and took off to DC for a week a day before my shoes arrived (I was hoping to receive them before I left) After three failed attempts the carrier sent them back Although it was my fault the shoes were sent back ThumbTrade express shipped my shoes without charging me extra I got them the next day! Then on top of that I received a hand written letter the next day from the customer service rep who helped me apologizing for the inconvenience and hoping that I had a great time in DC I caused the inconvenience and was expecting to have to pay for shipping againnot receive them express for free and a thank you To say the least I was impressed
