Very comfortable shoe right out of the box! Even though the back strap is not adjustable it's a very good fit

These shoes are super comfortable for their height I wore them to my friend's wedding and didn't need to switch into flats the whole day I wore them from 8am - 10 pm A thin Dr Scholl's heel grip helps alleviate any heel friction
