I have been on looking for good cross training shoes for a long time
There are so many brands of cross training shoes that I don't know which brand is good I go to a Jazzercise class approximately 5 to 6 times a week I am almost 50 years old and can feel it in my knees if I don't wear good shoes I read about these shoes in Fitness magazine and decide to take a chance in buying them I ordered it online through another online shoe store
because they gave me a discount I have wide feet so I order a 1'2 size bigger than my normal 85 size It was a perfect fit It was snug but not tight so it held my feet in place This was important during the side to side movements It absorb shocks well because I don't feel it in my knees after my Jazzercise class These shoes are a winner for me However I like to note people's feet are different What works for me may not work for others

The first one I bought was stolen out of my suitcase on the way home from Italy I had to have another one; I am so hooked on this watch It has great features and is easy to use The only thing I don't like is the color

I just received this and it looks real cute I got the white'blue combination My problem with this shoe is that backside of the shoe has a hard tip that hits the tendon part on the backside of my ankle because it goes up high and it is made of plastic not leather which is why it is hard It doesnt bend or move when you walk Too bad I love this shoe so I have to return it and get another one If this tip is not too high or is made of soft leather it would have been perfect
