Lisa Lane from Seattle
Saw the other reviews saying these ran small so I ordered a 75 (normally wear a 7) The 75's were too big I thought I might be able to make them work so I held onto them because the 7's were not in stock I randomly checked ThumbTrade and they had the 7's so I ordered them right away The band that goes over my toes rubs a little; hoping this will get better as the leather stretches a little and softens Sending the 75's back since I haven't worn them yet
Chris Book from Harrisburg, PA
Love the shoes but the laces and the lace eyelets are a definite weak point I am on my second pair of laces and they're hard to find and expensive Now my eyelets are beginning to show wear The one is almost torn through Granted I have worn them hard for both trail running; about 100 miles and probably 250 miles of hiking in about 18 months but I didn't expect them to be wearing out so soon After all they are made for the trail and expected to be rugged enough to take the tough stuff Right? So unless I read that the shoe lacing system has been considerably toughened up I don't expect to be paying this much for another pair anytime soon

I'll admit that I bought these shoes based on looks and they do look good I'll give them that but they are very thin and lightweight They are more designed for the serious runner I run 2 miles a couple times per week and I feel fine wearing these shoes (no knee foot or back pain) but when I exercise indoors (specifically kickboxing and other high intensity gym activities) I get pain in my arches I've never had this issue with any other shoes Anyway I hope this helps To give you perspective of who is writing this I'm a very active male 28 years old 6 ft tall 180 lbs
