I wear a 75 or an 8 and always order workout type shoes in 8 They seemed to be that size but also a bit wider than B (med) but not too wide There was minimal arch support and sole is like a block of wood - no contours just flat They went back mainly because of the flimsy insole and not enough arch support

I love these shoes They are one of the most comfortable pairs I've ever owned I have "retail feet" and cannot wear most shoes without discomfort These are as comfortable as my sneakers

I purchased these shoes to wear to work They're pretty much true to size and are very comfortable and look great with either dress pants jeans or even long skirts If you're thinking about getting them do it!
