Great shoes! Cute and comfy The back heel of the shoe rubbed the back of my ankle at first but after a day of breaking them in they were fine I have a narrow heel and the elastic on the back of the shoes was perfect for my feet

I bought this shoe for work since I'm on my feet for 12 hour shifts and it just wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped The sizing was great lots of room for my wide feet but there was no cushioning inside no arch support for my flat feet With thick socks and gel supports it's definitely more comfortable and my feet don't hurt anymore at the end of the day I would recommend this shoe since New Balance is a good brand but just know that it isn't as soft and springy as other NB you may have worn in the past
