When they came in I can remember thinking "There is no way something as light as these are going to be comfortable"I was so wrong! I cruise now through the work day and on into the evening Light breathable durable I read the other reviews both positive and negative Believe in the positive! I can only guess that these nay-sayers had not had their weekly pedicure for troll-like feet or just had a bad day Jack you rock ! ThumbTradecom you guys rock! Merrell an awesome shoe! I bought these as a "dressy" sneaker They are lightweight and comfortable They are great for walking or standing for long periods of time I would not recommend them for athletics I wear them with a thin ped sock They look pretty good with a pair of capris too

Love these shoes! I love the fact that New Balance has so many options for fitting a shoe It makes it so much better to buy a shoe I have a wide toe box area but narrow heel and they have a style for that These aren't the cutest shoe in the world but when I'm out walking I don't really care I want my feet to not hurt and they don't with these shoes As always ThumbTrade is the best!
