Nike Shox Shoes » Nike Shox Men's R4
The first shoes to use the Shox technology were introduced in late 2000, the Nike shox R4 runner, the BB4 basketball shoe, and the XT4 cross-training shoe. The Nike Shox R4 Shoes has been called a lot of things-springy, resilient, bouncy. But to a runner, the Nike Shox R4 means one thing-responsive cushioning. Top plate distributes impact forces from the heel to the columns. Bottom plate produces a secure base for heel-to-toe transition. The columns control impact by collapsing quickly at first, and then slowly returning to their original height. Transition wedge allows for a smooth ride.

I bought these shoes for my mom because she has knee problems every time she goes walking
My mom loves these shoes
She hasn't had knee problems since she began wearing these shoes
Great shoes!

Small
but mighty! First
this is a small bag
Smaller than it appears in the photo with the "woman"
If you insist on carrying a lot
this isn't the bag for you
However
I have a neck injury and shouldn't carry a lot of purse weight
so for me
it's perfect
I fit my cell phone
a small wallet
appointment book
small notepad
small mirror and comb
lip gloss
packet of tissues
credit card wallet
several pens
breath mints
and keys
and it's not overly full at all
It's still soft and flexible and lays neatly against my hip when carried cross-body
And it's light as a feather! Exactly what the doctor ordered! It is now my everyday bag and I adore it! And a major plus; it's beautiful and stylish
If you're looking to only carry the essentials
this is a fantastic little bag!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought
Right out of the box it felt perfect; though I had to trade them in for a smaller size
Allen-Edmonds shoes some 1'2 size too big
After two pair I have come to understand this
Great shoes!
