But to a runner, the Nike Shox R4 means one thing-responsive cushioning. Top plate distributes impact forces from the heel to the columns. Bottom plate produces a secure base for heel-to-toe transition. The columns control impact by collapsing quickly at first, and then slowly returning to their original height. Transition wedge allows for a smooth ride.

Love Mephisto shoes comfortable and stylish I get alot of compliments Also I can wear my custom made inserts which fit inside perfectly My inserts are 1'2 to 3'4 inches tall in the heel and are a full insert and they fit well when the Mephisto inserts are taken out These are my third pair of Mephistos shoes The all-rounders are less expensive than other Mephisto shoes I wear these shoes which I alternate with the brown all-rounder at least 9 to 10 hours a day

Attractive on smaller face These sun glasses look wonder on a smaller face I thought they were too small on me-- The profile not the fit The fit is very flexible Anyway these were going back until my daughter tried them on She has a smaller face and boy do these shades look great on her Its all about proportion The lenses are terrific Really eliminate glare and just the right level of sun protection against a brilliant Texas summer sky without being overly dark
