I originally ordered my normal size a 7 med but they were too tight and uncomfortable I returned them and ordered a 7 wide The wider width is perfect The only negative is the raised stitching around the arch cookie and the heel pad I have sensitive feet so had to use a thin foam insole to cover the stitching These are very flat shoes with thin padding and very small arch cookie I have trouble finding shoes I can wear but these are great to slip into for running errands

These shoes are quite remarkable They are not too difficult to get accustomed to The most unusual thing is standing still where you tend to rock forward The bottom line is that they do build up your legs very quickly I would most definitely recommend them
