Saw the other reviews saying these ran small so I ordered a 7
5 (normally wear a 7)
The 7
5's were too big
I thought I might be able to make them work so I held onto them because the 7's were not in stock
I randomly checked ThumbTrade and they had the 7's so I ordered them right away
The band that goes over my toes rubs a little; hoping this will get better as the leather stretches a little and softens
Sending the 7
5's back since I haven't worn them yet

I got these for my boyfriend
He is 6' 4" and wears a size 14 so many shoes in his size are heavy to walk in
He loves these shoes
says they are lightweight and a pleasure to put on after a long day of wearing heavy work shoes
I noticed that he doesn't wear his athletic shoes anymore when we got out for a walk
He has taken to wearing these most of the time
He likes the styling
Somehow they make his big (though narrow-ish) feet look small

Disappointing - The pair I received was defective
It has frays all over the mesh and the eyelet easily came out
Instead of stitching the eyelet
Spira short-cutted by using glue
I discovered this defect when I tried to adjust the shoelace because the shoes are narrower than most running shoes
As for the feel of using it
I didn't notice any difference between this model and the Brooks Beast
My last complaint is ThumbTrade slow shipping
It took almost a week of waiting before I received the "defective" shoes
It looks like Spira tried to compensate their expense on the springs by creating an inferior mesh and fabric
I'm going back to New Balance
