Since I had my foot surgery several years ago
I had to be picky with my choices with shoes'sandals
So far this is so comfortable maybe a little wide for people with narrow feet because I have wide feet and this is still slightly wide for me Overall pricey but worth it

Will probably never find a pair of shoes better I have just bought my 4th pair of these I have tried other Asics but the Ultimate 81's feel like they where made for my feet I use these shoes for every day use and work I stand for 6-8 hours a day and sometimes the floors get pretty slippery; however these shoes grip very well I just wished that they lasted longer (usually last me a year)

Just came back from a trip to Glacier National Park Did about 8 miles of hiking each day I broke my ankle last fall and wanted to be sure to have good support I am very pleased with my choice They kept my feet dry Which is great because it rained the whole time! I liked that they were lightweight too I kept saying throughout the hikes "man I'm glad I spent the money" It was wonderful to not have to worry about pain in my feet I highly recommend! The tongue felt a little tight'uncomfortable when I was wearing them around before the hikes and I was concerned about that but it was fine didn't even notice it while I was out
