Big Disappointment -

as usual is superb on customer service
No complaints there The problem is that while I really like the look of these shoes they're extremely uncomfortable The fit was good if a little too roomy but I kept them thinking they'd break in Nearly 9 months latter they still haven't broken in and I hate wearing them Another big problem is they won't stay tied for long for some reason for me and I'm always having to relace them which gets annoying The prior NB shoes I had were the best I'd ever owned and I went back to them despite them losing some comfort simply due to flattening out on the insole due to several years of wear Still preferable than these monsters

These sandals are very comfy and stylish! They look good with a pair of leggings or Bermuda shorts I love the color I selected (pewter) and it's just a fun shoe
