I am a Zumba instructor
and I have bad knees
I was looking for a shoe that wouldn't stick to the floor with all my twisting motions I love these shoes I normally wear 6 1'2 sneakers and ordered the 7 1'2 after reading the other reviews They fit great The shoe sizing guide was also helpful

Very comfortable! My foot is a size 105 and the 44 (10-105) works well for me These shoes have cushioning in all the right places and the arch support is excellent Speaking of the arch support the insert has a raised portion starting from the heel moving forward to the middle of the foot This helps provide added support although it took me a little while to get accustomed to the feelingI ordered a black pair and they look great with both dark jeans and pants

Found the perfect golf shirt Lisle cotton breaths well and has a perfect finish I play a good deal of golf and have not been happy with the feel of the stay dry shirts This fits the bill
