I walk a lot and the springs keep my knees and back from hurting I bought the lighter Spira shoes in the early summer but I blew through them by walking on rocks This version
the Paseo are sturdier and better for all-terrain They also seem true to size For people who walk and want the fun and comfort of a springy step I recommend these shoes
