They are very nice looking shoes and my son likes them a lot rnrnI am more impressed with the return and shipping process We had ordered a different pair
which didn't fit my son well so we packed them up and shipped them back In the interim the new shoes arrived very quickly rnrnGood customer service

I ordered these shoes for my son based on the reliability and wearablilty of Keens that he has had in the past I ordered the same size as the Keens he was currently wearing in a hiking shoe style I was surprised that these were much bigger than the same size by the same brand in another shoe I would not call these true to size They are definitely bigger than the same size he has in other brands as well Overall great quality but unreliable sizing
