very comfortable
I ordered the tan and while I like the color I sort of wish I had ordered the brown leather I think the leather would be easier to keep clean

Purchased these to take on safari as my "dressier" shoe (alternative to hiking boots) A versatile shoe as they were casual enough to wear with shorts but would work with a linen skirt as well Comfortable for walking through villages and urban areas too Found the footbed to be slightly wider than most "medium" widths but it was perfect for me as I have a wide foot My big toe was snug at the inside tip of the shoe but not unbearable and after two weeks the linen material did give (stretch) a bit I ordered a size 9 (my normal size) and am glad that I did not go up in size to try to alleviate the toe "snugness" as I fear they would have been too loose Overall I was very pleased with the appearance and comfort Width might be a problem for those with a narrow foot
