I bought these adorable "Roxy" high tops for my daughter about 6 weeks ago They are even cuter in person She is a size 7 so we purchased a 7 When they arrived they fit but just a little snug in the toe We immediately called ThumbTrade and they shipped a new size 8 which we received in one day I had just gotten back from returning the size 7's at the post office and the new shoes were on our front porch There was no shipping on either the returned pair or the new pair that was sent to us The costumer service representative on the phone was awesome and polite Well my 13 year old loves her "Roxy's" and gets tons of compliments on them We don't even like telling people where she got them Sorry ThumbTrade we want to keep you all to ourselves

These shoes are just great! They are both cute and fit ever so comfortably They look great both with skirts and pants I continue to get compliments from a full range of ages They all want to know "where did you get those cute shoes?" I teach so I am on my feet all day and nothing hurts even with the problems that I have with wider feet an overlapping toe and hammer toes I am the proud owner of 5 pairs; should last me a while! This shoe is very comfortable I work in a restaurant and work 12 hour shifts with no issues Very light and comfortable shoe The width adjusts with different insoles so you can adjust them to your feet I wore them for about 4 months before they fell apart I have wide feet but even with the wide insoles I still seemed to rip out the sides It seems the craftsmanship is not quite up to par Disappointing from a shoemaker like Timberland They looked and felt great while they lasted! I would try to find something that lasts a little longer
