These slides are sooo comfortable The sole is soft and cushy and I like the velcro closing over the instep so the fit can be adjusted I found them true to size

I purchased these for my son at the beginning of the 2008'2009 school year (about this time a year ago) and they lasted the entire school year and would have lasted into this school year had my son not outgrown them We replaced the shoe laces once He wore these every day for an entire year The shoes still look to be in good condition We have never had a shoe hold up like this for any of our children This was the first Merrell we had purchased and it was worth it This exact shoe is not available in our son's current shoe size otherwise we'd have ordered it again Instead we ordered another Merrell that is very similar

These shoes were so great because of their super light weight but I have only put like 65 miles on them and they are already stretched and worn Also I have fat feet and they are not comfortable about 30 minutes into a workout Great for less mileage and narrow feet though Very cute shoe though
