I purchased these because of the long hours I work on my feet as a nurse They are wonderful! I thought I would have to wear them a couple of times to break them in but at the end of the day my feet and back felt fine I could never tell these were new shoes They are the perfect fit and so soft on the inside I have worked 2- 12 hour shifts with them so far and had no complaints I own one of the older model Danksos and it took me a long time to break them in But these are wonderful I am hooked! I have several pairs of Cole Haan so I thought I had a handle on the sizing These shoes are narrow enough but at least 1'2 short of true to size I ordered a 95 and that's a size with room and my toes hit the front of the shoe I returned them and am hesitant to go up a size due to the narrowness of my feet

The good thing about this shoe is that it's got some style and perkiness for being a Naturalizer which tend toward the flat-heeled "old lady" style for the most part I ordered the red and it's a nice pop of color for your shoe wardrobe I hate to nitpick but simply because my other Naturalizers are so comfortable I must mention that in between where the straps criss-cross and the front thick band meet- there is a little pinching I have to order wide for my foot and I have a high arch which might contribute to the pinch That's why it gets 4 stars Possibly it might not even bother someone else The fit is always right with Naturalizer When you find your size with them it will be consistent in all the styles They are also well constructed and hold up to daily wear excellently
