These shoes are perfect
Despite the tall heel
the shoe is really easy to walk in because of the platform
They look even better in person

Nice looking but jury is still out on the thong part
As soon as I put these on for the first time my immediate focus was on the thong spacer
Why on EARTH did they choose a HARD PLASTIC thong? Why not leather or something the same fabric as the rest of the shoe? In any case
I'm starting by wearing them around the house with my tabi (split-toe) socks on first
to get used to the hard thong
Then I may put some moleskin around the thong before I actually wear them outside
and with bare feet
Kyle D from Philadelphia Metro Area
I bought these after I wore my last pair of Deer rnStags into the ground
I have been a fan of the brand ever since
rnrnI bought the Telegraphs because I liked the way the shoe looked from the top and side perspectives
Unfortunately
I never looked at the other views of the shoe
The soles of the shoes have little studs of rubber on them - not like cleat spikes
but 1'4 inch round nubs
It also has a clear section in the heel of the shoe similar to a sneaker
In a professional environment these stylistic choices seem incredibly unprofessional
rnrnAs to comfort
I have never ever had a shoe cause so much discomfort initially than these
My right shoe would pinch my foot as I put pressure on it
as the left one would proceed to cut up my foot as I took pressure off of it
I've never owned a pair of shoes that would make you bleed before these
For the first two weeks
I wrapped my feet before putting on my socks and shoes in the morning
rnrnI have had these for a month now
and they've finally broken in
There is still some discomfort (I find the pressure on the arch of the foot to be a bit too much)
but overall it's an OK shoe to wear
Once it's been broken in
I would not wear this in a very professional environment
