The Nike Shox R4 CL Shoes has been called a lot of things-springy, resilient, bouncy. But to a runner, the Nike Shox R4 means one thing-responsive cushioning. Top plate distributes impact forces from the heel to the columns. Bottom plate produces a secure base for heel-to-toe transition. The columns control impact by collapsing quickly at first, and then slowly returning to their original height. Transition wedge allows for a smooth ride.

I love these shoes
I love that they are actually part of a "Vegan" series and say so all over the box and on the sole lining of the shoes themselves
The colors are great together; muted oatmeal and black canvas
rnThe tread isn't super tall or gigantic like my old Sauconys
which is a good thing
and they still feel thick enough to go running with and provide good support
The shoes feel thick all around when they are worn; a solid feel I'm not used to coming from wearing mainly chucks; but they do not make my feet feel big and clumsy like the early Sauconys did (because those shoes were like wearing balloons on your feet)
They fit true to size and are very comfortable

This was one of the best purchases I've ever made online and I am a very frequent online shopper
I ordered these shoes Thursday night and received them that Friday morning without even paying priority shipping
I was so amazed when they arrived to my house; not only were they early but they were also gorgeous the teal color is to die for
They were slightly but very comfortable and I got lots of compliments
I wore them to a boat cruise party and danced the night away with the shoes on
I'm definitely planning on getting them in other colors

I bought these shoes to wear a few weeks after foot surgery and they were wonderful
They helped me transition from the ugly post-op boot I had to wear to tennis shoes
which took some time to get into because my feet were so swollen
I could adjust the width of the Adidas slides with the velcro on the strap
The inside was a cushy foam which felt really good
I am almost healed and I wear them around the house
I remember in the 1990s when I was in high school it was really fashionable to wear Adidas slides with athletic socks
but I don't know if it's because I am older or if it really is a fashion faux pas
but I wouldn't wear these outside
unless I was at the beach or a pool with no socks on underneath
Also
these shoes are not very feminine
The strap with the three stripes is kind of big and the sole is bulky
but it's still a good shoe to have around
