A very comfortable shoe I wear a 12N most of the time because of a narrow heel With the adjustable straps these shoes fit great and are great for my bony feet! I also like the fact that Trotter's made the entire sole match the shoe as opposed to just sewing on a matching sole at the toe and stitching it down just under the ball of the foot That style I find very uncomfortable These are smooth the full length of the shoe!

This is a pretty comfortable shoe overall and I like the look; dressy enough for work but casual enough for khakis or even jeans; but my one complaint is that they tend to rub on the back of my ankle If I had to walk very far in these I'm sure I'd end up with blisters on the backs of my ankles Not sure if it's the height or shape of the shoe collar lack of adequate padding or both It surprised me because I have some Rockport walking shoes that I've never had any discomfort with at all Makes me a little hesitant to take a chance on ordering shoe styles that I haven't tried on first
