I had been running 5 miles a couple of times a week for the last few years without any injury or foot problem Then I forgot to stretch after a week "off" of the routine and as a result I caused an arch'heel issue and have been dealing with that for the last 9 months The only thing that give relief is my Chaco flips which I wear constantly when possible I don't leave my bed in the morning without them! They give wonderful support and I'm now looking at adding another style to my selection

This is my 2nd pair of Naot They have to be the most comfortable shoe on the market! There is no break-in period If you get the size correct you will be happy I noticed they said this style should be purchased in a smaller size I followed this advice and need to return the shoe for my usual size Perhaps it depends on the person but I do not have wide feet The front felt narrow in the smaller size Can't wait to get the right ones!
