I have been on looking for good cross training shoes for a long time There are so many brands of cross training shoes that I don't know which brand is good I go to a Jazzercise class approximately 5 to 6 times a week I am almost 50 years old and can feel it in my knees if I don't wear good shoes I read about these shoes in Fitness magazine and decide to take a chance in buying them I ordered it online through another online shoe store because they gave me a discount I have wide feet so I order a 1'2 size bigger than my normal 85 size It was a perfect fit It was snug but not tight so it held my feet in place This was important during the side to side movements It absorb shocks well because I don't feel it in my knees after my Jazzercise class These shoes are a winner for me However I like to note people's feet are different What works for me may not work for others

great - These shoes ae great!!!! They are the most comfortable shoes I own I have worn them to amusement parks and my feet have not hurt at all Want a pair in brown

Great shoes very comfortableThe size runs a little small Do not get them wet! They will give off the worst smell ever
