I liked the sporty looking style of these shoes and ordered them in my usual size A big mistake but with ThumbTrade fabulous return procedure and policy a no brainer My usual size was too small in this shoe so I returned and exchanged for the next 1'2 size up Still felt slightly tight so I ordered the next size up again this time hanging on to the pair I had at home Got the next ones and they were too big Returned those and kept the pair that I had hung on to just in case Mind you all of this back and forth and order'reorder'exchange took a few days at most and cost me nothing in tax or s&h Fabulous The only thing better would have been an in person experience Oh the shoes themselves: well they are too cute and I am enjoying wearing them with exercise clothing like leggings or capri tights For me they are not comfy enough to wear during exercise nor do they provide enough support but they are cute and I have gotten lots of compliments as I walk to and from any place In my wardrobe they are only for a sporty or very casual look I like the adjustable velcro strap They fulfill the purpose for which I bought them perfectly The black patent leather gives them just enough jazz to keep them from being bland white shoes I would wear them to go to a movie or casual dinner and feel appropriate
