Very cute very affordable and pretty comfy given the heel height The issue: you cannot see your toes so the peep doesn't peep and it ends up looking like a closed toe shoe with the bow making a bit of a distraction The size was right on so it has to do with the cut Bummer have to return

I love these shoes I followed the advice and ordered a full size smaller although I was skeptical since I wear a 5 1'2 and was ordering the equivalent of a 4 They fit perfectly and I get lots of compliments Most important to me they are very comfortable and I wear them all over They cost more than I usually pay but are worth the money

I love the new balance 811 I had a torn tendon across bottom of my foot This shoe is the only shoe that is comfortable The 'specialists' at ThumbTrade were so helpful in trying many other shoes encouraging me through the ordeal I tried so many When I have to wear dress shoes it is horrible I have asked New Balance to please make the '811' in a neutral color Nubuck for fall and winter as I wear the bone with fall'winter clothes I highly recommend the New Balance 811 and ThumbTrade to anyone I have a narrow foot with a very narrow heel and very high arch Again my 811's keep me moving Thank you and keep up the good work
