This is the second pair of defective Rockports I've received in a couple of weeks The shoes are good-looking and fit well but there is a hard piece of rubber under the ball of my right foot I'm not sure if Rockport's quality is fleeting or if this is just a coincidence but I've decided to purchase another brand ThumbTrade customer service rocks!
