I have trouble fitting my 7-year old son's wide feet These shoes fit great (in the wide size) He can even wear them with the thicker sports socks I bought the green and black ones and the darker mesh hides dirt really well After about 3 months of wear the tread and mesh are in good shape but there is some fraying around the top of the lining of the shoe Overall a g great shoe for active boys

These are terrific shoes for anyone needing extra comfort and foot support as are all SoftWalks There is a peculiar cut in the leather over the elastic which is intentional but odd I have not seen this on the many other pair of SoftWalk shoes I own
