Yes these run a bit small I have the black patent The patent is man made applied over leather Somehow the upper doesn't ooze quality the way Danskos usually do though I still love the look Also there IS a break-in period on these and after 3+ wearings I'm still in it The buckle has elastic which causes the strap to stretch'give as you walk which seems nice but causes the strap to rub more than if it didn't stretch So they're chewing my feet a bit The footbed itself is fabulously comfortable I would buy these again

I got these in Yellow and absolutely love them! They are my third pair of Blowfish and are quickly becoming one of my very most favorite brands! This particular shoe ran a bit small for me I'm normally a 8 - 85 but ended up with a 9 on this one
