I was involved in an auto accident that caused a injury to my central spinal cord
I'm very lucky to be alive
but there are many daily activities that have changed for me; one being I haven't been able to tie my shoe strings I spent several days searching for walking shoes with a hook and loop strap allowing me some independence I could not locate any when my neighbor suggested ThumbTrade I found the New Balance shoe with ThumbTrade ordered my size (I thought) but when they arrived I found the shoe to be too large I called ThumbTrade found their service excellent sent the shoes back and they sent me overnight a size smaller that fit perfectly I have been totally satisfied with the shoes I am amazed I received better service from an online company compared to a local walk-in shoe store
