They are approximately 8.07"or 20.5cm high from sole to the top and can be folded over to show the beautiful inner wool. These sheepskin boots are incredibly comfortable, as the sheepskin is providing excellent insulation against the cold, but also absorbs excessive moisture while letting your feet breath. These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn Love them they're cute go well with skirts or slacks I have a wide foot and have problems finding shoes wide enough to be comfortable

Disappointing - The pair I received was defective It has frays all over the mesh and the eyelet easily came out Instead of stitching the eyelet Spira short-cutted by using glue I discovered this defect when I tried to adjust the shoelace because the shoes are narrower than most running shoes As for the feel of using it I didn't notice any difference between this model and the Brooks Beast My last complaint is ThumbTrade slow shipping It took almost a week of waiting before I received the "defective" shoes It looks like Spira tried to compensate their expense on the springs by creating an inferior mesh and fabric I'm going back to New Balance
